Excess is harmful

Vitamins are important for optimizing the functioning of the body, acting as acceleration of organic processes essential to the survival and maintenance of health. However, as all overpaid, vitamins can be harmful, leading to diseases known as hipervitaminoses - too many vitamins in the body. Good professionals always advocated against the excessive use of vitamin supplements, many not even having success with their patients. According to them, in the absence of a health problem, the use in large quantities is unnecessary and potentially harmful.
Polls showed no benefit of the use of B vitamins in the prevention of stroke or spill - which puts in check the whole system supposed to protect. A balanced diet is sufficient to provide the amount of vitamins needed for most individuals.
Some need supplemental tablets or concentrated, but the use of these "medicines" should be initiated only after medical assessment.
